Fees

A flat fee will apply for full-day mediations.  This covers all prep time, pre-mediation conferences, travel time, services on the day of the mediation and reasonable follow-up communications if the case is not fully resolved at the mediation.

Half-day mediations also are available at a reduced rate, which covers up to four (4) hours on the day of the mediation in addition to the above-described services. No overtime will be allowed on half-days.

For mediations taking place at a site reserved by Cha Mediation Services, a facilities fee may apply.

All mediation fees must be received at least 30 days prior to the mediation, or else the reserved date may be released for another case.  All cancellations must be communicated in writing at least 30 days before the mediation for a full refund of fees.  If a mediation is cancelled with fewer than 30 days’ notice, then 50% of the mediation fees will be refunded.
